Job Position: Hotel Front Desk Clerk (Full-Time)
Hourly wage: $15.50
Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Working Location: Countryside Inn, PO Box 2549, 561 Wellington Street East, Virden, MB R0M 2C0, Canada.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
-Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information about hotel services.
-Answer inquiries via letter, telephone, and in person, addressing guests' needs and concerns.
-Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems.
-Present statements of charges to departing guests and facilitate payment transactions.
Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is required
-Previous experience in the hospitality would be an asset!
