Finishing Technician

Pay: $17+/hr.

Hours: Friday-Sunday 5:30AM-6PM (Work 36 Paid 40)

Job Description:

The Finishing Technician position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specification by measuring completed component. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job result. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Must be hand and power tool savvy. Will be installing lights on bodies, wiring harnesses, door seals, drawer units. Must be able to stand, kneel, climb behind bodies using a step ladder, bend, lay under bodies on roller for 10-hour shifts. Must be willing to wear PPE and have steel toe boots/shoes. If experienced with hydraulic or assembly, pay rate can be discussed pending experience.
