Raising client concerns to the appropriate internal stakeholders

- Following service and sales protocols

- Reaching Call Quality Objectives

- Addressing consumer enquiries as soon as possible and minimizing call handling time

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 12K to 15k per month
