Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process quotations, invoices, and purchase orders: Prepare and handle daily cash position reports and ensure all items are correctly accounted for.
- Manage and record company expenses: Oversee petty cash, tracking all expenses and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll documentation: Ensure timely processing of payments and recordkeeping.
- Scan, file, and maintain paper documents: Organize and maintain the accounting department's filing system, ensuring all records are easily accessible.
- Receive and deposit cash and check payments: Reconcile records with bank transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Perform debit, credit, and account totals using Excel: Manage client accounts through computer spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Keep Tally data up-to-date: Maintain accurate financial records within Tally software.
- Reconcile bank balances and record general ledger entries: Ensure all transactions are properly documented and reconciled against bank records.
- Handle daily invoices from vendors and customers: Ensure timely processing and proper documentation of all transactions.
- Perform general office and administrative tasks: Support daily operations by handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Prepare weekly confidential reports for management: Compile data and create reports for senior management, providing insights into financial operations.

Qualification: Any Degree related to Accounting and Finance
Salary: From 18K per month
