The Accountant is

responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining financial integrity.

Duties:

Keep the general ledger accounts up to date and reconcile them.

Create and document journal entries.

Compile and evaluate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Create financial reports and give management information.

Handle accounts payable bills and make sure they are paid on time.

Oversee the collection of accounts receivable and guarantee prompt payment receipt.

Make bank reconciliations every month.
