Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Accounts Executive with expertise in GST and TDS to join our growing finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Requirements:

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including processing invoices, making payments to vendors, and collecting payments from customers.

Reconcile bank and vendor statements.

Ensure accurate and timely GST and TDS calculations and filings.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and TDS returns.

Maintain accurate GST and TDS records.

Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, ledger postings, and financial statement preparation.

In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS laws, regulations, and procedures

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record keeping

Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks), spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and other relevant software

Qualification: Any Degree related to Accounting and Finance
