Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and needs.

CRM Improvement: Enhance the CRM process for better customer service.

Departmental Coordination: Work with other departments like finance, legal, sales, and projects.

Bank Coordination: Assist customers with loans and collections.

Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer satisfaction through suggestions.

Lead Generation: Generate leads from existing customers.

Education: Any Degree related to Accounting and Finance
