Hiring Candidates for Back Office Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Consumer Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries, requests, and complaints related to credit reports, credit scores, and personal disputes.
2. Email Operations: Manage email communication, ensuring that responses are accurate, complete, and delivered within the prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Independent Drafting: Draft personalized email responses as required, using template responses selectively based on the complexity of the query.
4. Escalation Management: Identify and escalate potential escalations or sensitive issues to ensure faster resolution.
5. Complaint Analysis: Work on multiple applications to analyze consumer complaints and prepare accurate credit reports.
6. Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly interact with member bank representatives and direct consumers/entities via phone or email to expedite the resolution of disputes and complaints.
7. Shift Flexibility: Be willing to work during weekends, holidays, or extend shifts as per business requirements.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic degree
Salary: From 18K per month
