Responsibilities
The responsibilities include managing invoices with a focus on accuracy and timely processing, performing various accounting tasks, and maintaining bookkeeping records, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable. The role involves following up internally to ensure timely invoice creation and working with customers to secure payments before the due date. Additional duties include handling sales and purchase ledgers, working with spreadsheets and journals, and verifying the accuracy of payments, amounts, and records. Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Invoice is required, along with advanced written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
