Job Description

Responsibilities

1. GST, TDS, and MCA Compliance: Possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and MCA annual returns for both public and private companies, ensuring compliance with relevant statutes.

2. Accounts Finalization & Financial Statements: Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Statutory Compliance: Familiar with compliance processes under various statutes and adept at preparing and filing statutory returns and documents with regulatory bodies.

4. Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

5. Budget Preparation & Monitoring: Assist in the creation of budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

6. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning activities, ensuring adequate liquidity and investment strategies for future growth.

7. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders, and conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

8. Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting.

9. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
