Responsibilities

strong familiarity with public or private companies' annual GST, TDS, and MCA returns.

Completing the accounts and creating the financial statements.

familiarity with adhering to different laws.

knowledgeable about financial operations, such as financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting.

Compile and evaluate projections, reports, and financial accounts.

Create and submit required paperwork to regulatory agencies, including statutory returns.

Oversee investments, cash flow, and financial planning tasks.

Help with budget development and track financial results in relation to plans.

Provide thorough financial reports that are readable by stakeholders and management.

Analyse finances to assist in making strategic decisions.

For financial audits, coordinate with both internal and external auditors.
