Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements, invoices, and reports.

2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.

3. Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of accounting data.

4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

5. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.

6. Budget & Forecasting Support: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

7. Month-End & Year-End Closing: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

8. Financial Inquiries: Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

10. Audit Assistance: Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Understanding of accounting principles and standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
