Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing, supervising, and coaching a team of inside sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. You'll develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback to foster continuous improvement and development.

• Identifying skill gaps within the team and leading training initiatives to address them.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

• Reporting regularly to senior management on team activities and sales results.

• Ensuring the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Your role will involve not only guiding and supporting your team but also strategically driving the overall success of the sales function.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 18K per month
