Requirements:

• You must have five years verifiable rental history. There can be no history of eviction, late payments, or lease violations. ANYONE WITH A CIVIL JUDGEMENT FROM A LANDLORD, PAID OR UNPAID WILL BE DENIED. If you have owned your own home, you must have acceptable mortgage history.
