We are accustomed to grad-students & post-docs, so don't worry too much about simply having a lack of credit. We're located at 13th & Illinois and are super convenient (one minute walk) to the new Starbucks, Methodist Hospital, IU Health, the HUGE new hospital, IU Indianapolis, and fast food, Kroger grocery and two drug stores are just a short walk away. In front, we have new dedicated bike lanes which makes biking all over downtown safe and convenient, plus, we are one block away from the new Red Line. Surprisingly, heat, hot water and cooking are fueled by natural gas which is an already an INCLUDED amenity. Tenants only pay water and electric, which are appropriately $30 each, year round.
