• Dining Table: Seating for 6/8 at the table.

• Living Room: Sofa sectional, 1 side chair, coffee table, TV,ceiling fan.

• Deck: Access from the living room.

Parking:

• Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles

• Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules.

The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island. Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more. Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.

Other Things to Note: THE RATE- Pet Friendly. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING A PET - an additional pet fee of $300 will be collected, please notify Sea Coast Rentals. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking.

Sandy Bottoms Beach Club is available for monthly reservations in the offseason (mid-Sept to mid-May). Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
