This condo normally rents for significantly more than the listed price as a vacation rental through the popular vacation rental sites and has a five star review average with 60 reviews on VRBO. Landlord bills tenant for electricity. Wifi and water are included. In addition to rent, tenants will pay GET, TAT, and Maui TAT taxes. This charge to tenant is 20% of rent, taxes on this rental are because it is available for less than six months so is considered a vacation rental. From this location you can hike down picturesque Keawakapu Beach to Wailea or stroll along South Kihei Road and enjoy Kihei’s numerous shops and restaurants. There is a covered parking space, though it’s so easy to walk from this location, you may find yourself leaving the rental car parked in the shade for days at a time. Nestled in the sunnier microclimate of South Maui, Kihei receives less rainfall than the rest of the island, so you won’t lose beach time. It’s easy to explore the entire island from Lahaina and Kula to Iao Valley and Hana from this fabulous central location. This condo has everything you need for a perfect Maui getaway.
