Power & Free Will to Do Evil or Good

It is hard to follow the Ten Commandments that God gave the world and all His Children to live by. When you are trying to do right by others and God, you see others bringing injury to others, stealing, raping and murdering without a flicker of thought and indifference!

After all, in this world of Man, it is all about power, wealth, stature of where and who you are in this world, that space you fill of self-made importance!

Nothing has changed with the people of the world for thousands of years. The truth is that it never will except through Jesus Christ, Our Lord & Savior!

Going back to the time when Jesus was preaching His Holy Gospel of The New Testament, the powers to be, the High Priests in those times really didn’t want to lose their power to Jesus, whose birth was foretold in the Scriptures.

They did not want to acknowledge the ‘Christ Child’, the son of a ‘Carpenter’, Jesus Christ who was born according to the Scriptures, to save the world from sin!

Think about this, you had the Elite Sadducees, some who were High Priests in the Temple at Jerusalem, you had the Jewish Legal council called the Sanhedrin, and you had the Pharisees, who were a group set out to preserve the Jewish People from the perceived threat of encroachment by the Gentiles who were constantly on them regarding their laws, their religion and their way of life! The Pharisees wanted complete ‘Separation’ of the Jewish People from the Gentiles!

They believed the Scriptures in which Moses, would lead the Jewish People to the ‘Promised Land’, but found every reason to not believe the Scripture of the Coming of Jesus Christ. To instead regard Him more as a Prophet and not The Son of God!

Yes, Jesus’s greatest opponent was not the greatest sinners of His Day but the religious establishment! They believed in the Law to the letter; the Religious Hierarchy had the power, almost as a ‘God’ to have you stoned to death for breaking their interpretation of the Law!

So, you can plainly see why, Jesus had to be born and conduct the will of His Heavenly Father in fulfillment of the Scriptures, to bring forth His Teaching of ‘The New Testament’. He was born to teach and preach His Holy Gospel to his Disciples, the Jewish People and the Gentiles! To bring people to God and not away from God and to rebel against the incorrect interpretations of the Jewish Law for it was leading people away from God because of the Hierarchy’s own interpretations of the Law and punishments they handed out!

You can see why the Jewish Hierarchy must have Jesus with all His Healings and Miracles He performed, removed from the Greatness and His threat to them. His Greatness and Power over the crowds bringing forth love, not hatred, loving thy neighbor as thy self, and teaching the Holy Gospel and bringing forth the ‘Truth’, God’s Truth, for in those days even as it is in our day, the ‘Truth’ can be covered up, distorted, hidden away, until it is forgotten and lost!

Yes, they believed in the Scripture that a ‘Man’ would be born to lead the Jewish People out of slavery, out of Egypt and the land of the Pharaohs. Yes, that man named Moses, but they refused to believe the Scripture that Yes; Jesus Christ was and is the One Holy Son of God, sent according to the Scriptures to save the world and not destroy it!

Times really don’t change, not even people, for “We do not know the extent of evil that lurks in the hearts of Men & Woman”! When God created Man, His Creation was one level above His Creation of Animals. He gave onto Man a Conscious, a Soul that had already engraved into it the difference between Right & Wrong, and between Good & Evil! God gave us all the ‘Free Will’ to choose our path in this life. When we do take the wrong path, when we do commit wrongs and evil, He gave us His Holy Son Jesus Christ!

Jesus loved by those He preached to, hated, scorned, tortured, and Crucified on the Cross by the Religious Leaders in Jerusalem instigating the crowds to Kill Him, He gave us in Jesus Christ the Power to ask for Forgiveness & Redemption so that we could have the Promise of ‘Life Eternal’ in Paradise.  

Men and Women can only change if they seek change, if they pick up the Cross of Jesus Christ, live, walk in the Truth & Light of Our Lord & Savior, and obey The Commandments that God handed down to Moses for all His Children to live by in this world. This is not an easy path to follow but the choice is yours to choose.

Also to know and live by the New Testament, the Holy Gospel of Jesu Christ bringing Love into this world that is filled with hatred between all of God’s Children because we are all different, and maybe, just maybe, God created us that way for that one reason, since if we cannot love one another as Jesus Taught & Spoke of it, then forgiveness, redemption and ‘Life Eternal’ will not be within our grasp!

Jesus Christ sent by Our Heavenly Father to Save the world, not destroy it. By His suffering, His torture, His dying on the Cross, giving up His Life for all of man, so that our Sins could be forgiven and at the time of our physical death on earth be assured of ‘Life Eternal’ in Paradise with Christ Our Lord!

Take time in this life that God has given onto us to pray, to speak, to thank Him for what Blessings you have, ask for your wrongs to be forgiven and ask Jesus to guide you each day of this life you live.
