You are not forced by Government Aristocrats telling you what job you will be doing today! On the other hand, Socialism, their Aristocrats, gives the Great Government Positions & Jobs to their families, friends, Kiss Butts! It is not based on qualifications, only on your allegiance to them!

An example is that in China you Conform to Government Rules or they penalize you in the Financial Freedoms you are allowed because of your insubordinate actions.
