Don’t Have the Time to Enable your Body to be healthier and more efficient?
A Note for all who do not think they have the time in the day to do any activity of Exercise to keep the body functioning as it was created to do. If you can think, you will find that little Time needed to keep you in good health! Be a Detective and find five or ten minutes in your day, to walk around your room, house, yard, walk your dog, walk with your partner in life, but Just Do It!
When its storming outside, cold, raining or snowing, get in front of a mirror, television and stretch! Trivial things like contractual exercises that do not need any equipment, weights or dumbbells.
You need just your ability to think, using Isometrics to contract, build, revive your body’s muscles and tendons to help your one body that God has given us to function as it should! Do this not only to deter sickness and injuries but to promote healthy, vibrant muscles that keep the outer body functioning! This movement and action also help in keeping all your inner body organs functioning to promote the Lifestyle, that you want to live!
