Hosea 11:1

In Hosea 11:1, God reflects on His deep love for Israel: "When Israel was a child, I loved him, and out of Egypt I called my son."

This Verse conveys the long history of God's love for Israel! He never forgot about His people.

Even when Israel turned away, when they worshipped false gods, God's love was present. 

It's a love that remains constant and calls us back no matter how far we stray. God’s love is patient, forgiving, persistent and is the foundation of all hope.
