Why Baptism is important if you are to be Christians!

We get Baptized because we are washing away the Original Sin, that mankind is born with. Our Baptism washes away the Original Sin, and we are Born Again, at no matter what age we Discover Jesus Christ. Discover, Know with Faith that He is the Son of God and Our Savior! To go forth in this life living Christ Like, repenting of our sins, and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with others! Knowing that Jesus Christ is always with us to guide us forward in this life filled with temptations, and the storms of life being it human storms or those caused by Mother Nature!

For Christ, His baptism was not a cleansing from sin, because we know Jesus was sinless. But it was a public declaration of His divine identity and mission of salvation. It is also the first clear revelation of the Holy Trinity, where the Father, Son and Holy Spirit act together.

The Baptism of Jesus, by Joh the Baptist, brought Heaven and Earth together in the realization that Jesus Christ, is the Son of God, Our Creator!
