Job Location: Various Locations, Lower Mainland, BC
Wage: $30.00 ~ $32.00/hour and entitled to 10 days paid vacation per year
Hour of Work: 40 hours per week
Start date of Employment: A.S.A.P (will be adjustable)

< Duties >
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.

-Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned project.

-Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.

-Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweights steel and other materials.

-Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.

-Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.

-Supervise apprentices and other construction workers.

< Requirements >
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: Completion of a three- to four-year apprenticeship program OR over four years of work experience in the construction field.
