We are looking for an experienced Renovation Carpenter who would like to join our team.

Position: Full-time Renovation Carpenter

Main Duties:

-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.

-Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.

-Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.

-Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.

-Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding, and hardware.

-Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures.

-Supervise apprentices and other construction workers.

Requirement:

- Completion of secondary school is required.

- Completion of a three-to four-year apprenticeship program OR over four years of work experience in the construction field is required.

Conditions:

- Wage: $30.00/hour

- Working Condition: 30 - 40 hours a week.

- Benefit: 10 days or 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.
