Compensation: $ 21.63 per hour

Hours of Work: 30-40 hour per week

Vacant: 2

Benefits: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation

Duties:

- Assign work schedules to staff and ensure smooth operation.

- Keep track and purchase order for beauty equipment, supplies and materials.

- Hire staffs and train staffs accordingly to work manual

- Check smooth operation of hair, esthetic, and laser equipment and arrange for maintenance

- Monitor and maintain service quality

- Keep track of supplies and inform stock for reorder

- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports

- Receive and address clients’ concern and complaints

Requirements:

-Education: Completion of Secondary school is required

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as supervisor in any occupation

Or,

At least 3-5 years of experience in hairstyling industry is required
