Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze current production processes in our Chennai facility to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Design and implement optimized production workflows, layouts, and processes, considering local resources and constraints in Chennai.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation for manufacturing operations.

Monitor and analyze production data (output, cycle times, yields, downtime) to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maximize output in our Chennai plant.

Skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.

Experience with process optimization and improvement methodologies.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile
