Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Experience Requirement : 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Any Diploma/BE Graduation

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Quality Control Inspectors.

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards across all production lines.

Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Train, motivate, and mentor the quality control team.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., statistical process control, root cause analysis, FMEA).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.

Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and prepare clear and concise reports on quality performance.
