Responsibilities

• Follow up with payers via phone, email, fax, or online to guarantee prompt resolution of all pending claims.

• Fulfils and upholds daily quality and productivity goals set forth in departmental policies.

• Utilises the client host system, workflow system, and additional resources at their disposal to settle accounts and collect payments.

• Complies with the rules and guidelines set forth for the team or customer.

• Being aware of each designated payer's timely filing deadlines.

• When necessary, does research on payer-specific billing regulations.
