Job Description

For a position in domestic voice processing, we are looking for motivated, customer-focused people to join our vibrant team. Building strong relationships, offering outstanding customer service, and communicating with clients over the phone are all part of this job.

What you will do:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.

Build strong rapport with customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Accurately document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Meet individual and team performance targets, such as call volume and customer satisfaction scores.

What we need:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong listening and comprehension skills.

Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
