Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be solely in charge of managing all facets of maintenance, including the automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems for injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and utility infrastructure, in your capacity as Head of Maintenance at our injection moulding facility in Chennai. To optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), you will oversee a sizable group of maintenance specialists, create and carry out thorough maintenance plans, oversee financial plans, and spearhead continuous improvement projects.

Skills:

extensive knowledge of and expertise with CMMS/EAM systems.

Outstanding team management, coaching, motivating, and leadership skills.

Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities in English.

Experience: 10+ Yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree
