Focus: In charge of the entire paint shop operation, this visionary and active leader makes sure that injection-molded plastic components have excellent surface finishing. To meet production goals and improve customer satisfaction in a fast-paced Chennai workplace, this position demands strategic planning, operational effectiveness, strict quality control, safety compliance, and efficient team management.

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Make sure that resources are used as efficiently and productively as possible.

Oversee the root cause study of paint-related flaws and put long-term corrective and preventative measures into place.

Encourage a culture of high performance by encouraging accountability, cooperation, and ongoing education.

Make that all employees are wearing and maintaining their personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.

Communicate with clients regarding paint finish specifications, samples, and quality concerns to guarantee client satisfaction.

What you need:

Extensive experience with various types of paints and coatings for plastics.

Strong background in paint defect analysis and rectification.

Experience with paint shop equipment selection, installation, and maintenance.
