Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of utility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems.

Diagnose and repair equipment failures, identify and correct system malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor utility system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
