Responsibilities

• The ability to hire a large number of people quickly.

• Using employment fairs, job portals, on-campus and off-campus drives, and other methods to find possible candidates.

• The ability to review job applications and resumes.

• Candidates for interviews (over the phone or in person).

• The capacity to perform background checks and examine applicants' documentation.

Skills:

Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA

Salary: Based on Company Norms
