seeking an accomplished General Manager - Plant Operations for our state-of-the-art facility in Chennai. This critical executive role demands a dynamic leader who will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the plant, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Create and carry out the plant's yearly operating plans and strategic vision in accordance with the overarching business goals of the organisation.

complete P&L accountability for the plant, including financial performance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Determine inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential automation or process optimisation opportunities.

From the receipt of inbound supplies until the shipment of the finished product, establish strong quality control procedures.

Encourage a productive, cooperative, and empowered workplace.

Qualification:

Exceptional leadership, people management, and team-building skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.

Education: Any BE/CIPET Graduation

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
