Responsibilities:

Create and implement yearly operating plans and a strategic vision for the plant that are in line with the overarching business goals of the organisation.

financial performance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting as well as full P&L management for the plant.

Find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas that could use process optimisation or automation.

Establish thorough quality control procedures from the receipt of inbound materials to the shipment of the finished product.

Encourage a productive, empowering, and cooperative workplace.

Educational Qualification: Any BE/CIPET Graduation 

Experience: 10+ yrs
