Job Description

To guide and motivate our quality team, we are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Quality Control Manager. You will be in charge of managing every facet of quality control in our company in this crucial position, making sure that we constantly provide goods and services that are of the greatest calibre.

Requirements:

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of quality control inspectors.

Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address employee concerns.

Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures.

Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations), and customer specifications.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., statistical process control, root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC).

Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems 

Strong leadership, supervisory, and motivational skills.

Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing quality control team.

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

Qualification: Any Diploma/BE Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
