Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates

Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and culture 

Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment 

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures 

Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with employees and other team members

Experience: Freshers

Salary: From 15K per month

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
