Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator to operate and maintain CNC turning machines. The candidate should have experience in machining components as per drawing specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:Operate CNC Turning machines as per production planRead and understand engineering drawingsSet tools and offsets in the machinePerform first-piece inspection and in-process inspectionMaintain required quality standardsMonitor machine performance and report issuesMaintain production records and reportsFollow safety procedures and company policiesMaintain housekeeping in the work areaRequired Skills:Knowledge of CNC Turning operationBasic knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge)Understanding of GD&T basicsAbility to read technical drawingsBasic knowledge of tooling and inserts

Qualification:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering15 years experience in CNC Turning operation
