Responsibilities:

Complete and oversee the Chennai payroll cycle from start to finish, making sure it is accurate and on schedule.

Compile and validate employee time and attendance records, leave records, and other payroll-related data.

Preserve precise and private payroll data and records, both digital and paper.

Ensure data integrity and support internal and external payroll audits.

Coordinate payroll-related issues with the HR and finance divisions.

Follow any changes to India's payroll laws and regulations.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 3+ yrs
