Job Description

Primary Task: In order to effectively oversee, develop, and lead the whole Quality Control (QC) department at our Chennai plastic injection moulding manufacturing facility. In addition to ensuring that all moulded products continuously meet strict quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements, this senior leadership role is in charge of developing, putting into practice, and maintaining strong quality management systems. It also fosters a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the overall quality strategy for the injection moulding operation, aligning it with company objectives, customer expectations, and industry best practices.

Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, addressing non-conformities swiftly and effectively.

Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all metrology equipment  used for moulded part inspection.

Drive the implementation and verification of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions.

Required Abilities:

Experience in dealing with demanding customer audits and regulatory inspections.

Knowledge of advanced statistical software for quality analysis.

Experience with automated inspection systems and Industry 4.0 quality concepts in moulding.

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree
