Responsibilities

Answer incoming and outgoing calls from customers. 

Answering questions and informing them about goods, deals, and services

Adhere to communication "scripts" when discussing various subjects.

Determine the needs of the client, make information clear, look into every problem, and offer alternatives or answers

Take advantage of opportunities to upsell items when they present themselves 

Establish enduring connections and involve customers by going above and beyond

Attend training seminars frequently to raise performance and knowledge levels; 

Clearly document all talks in our database; 

Meet individual and team goals, both qualitative and quantitative

Minimum Interest:
