The ideal applicant will possess exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities as well as a solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, depending on the particular equipment. This position combines in-house assistance with on-site customer visits.

Duties:

Set up, commission, and keep up [Name the kind of equipment, such as industrial robots, CNC machines, packing equipment, etc.].

Assist clients with on-site technical support by identifying and fixing equipment problems and performance concerns.

To guarantee peak performance and reduce downtime, perform preventative maintenance on your equipment.

Examine and comprehend schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.

Customers should receive instruction on how to operate and maintain the equipment.
