Responsibilities

Create and improve assembly procedures, such as operator training, job instructions, and line balance.

Put lean manufacturing concepts and other techniques for continuous improvement into practice.

To increase productivity and ergonomics, choose and design assembly fixtures and tools.

Throughout the assembling process, keep an eye on the product's quality to make sure it meets specifications.
