Responsibilities:

Use a variety of power presses (mechanical, hydraulic, etc.) to cut, mould, and stamp metal components in accordance with work instructions and drawings.

Ensure correct alignment and clamping by precisely setting up press tools and dies.

To get the desired effects, change press parameters including stroke length, pressure, and speed.

Workpieces should be loaded and unloaded safely and effectively.

Keep an eye on press operations to spot any issues or departures from the specifications.

Check and maintain press equipment and tooling on a regular basis.

Use measurement instruments to check stamped items for quality, including dimensional accuracy and visible flaws.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI / Diploma Graduation

Experience: 3+ yrs
