Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Press Production Engineer based in Chennai, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and overseeing our press shop operations. This role will enhance your understanding of metal stamping processes, die maintenance, automation, and safety protocols specific to press operations in our Chennai facility. You will learn to implement process improvements, reduce downtime, and ensure the efficient and high-quality production of pressed components.

Skills:

Familiarity with various types of presses (mechanical, hydraulic) and their controls.

Understanding of die design, maintenance, and troubleshooting specific to press tooling.

Experience with automation in press operations (e.g., feeders, robots, transfer systems).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
