Service Engineer Role for Talented Professionals
Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Equipment Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure.
2. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolving problems efficiently to minimize customer downtime.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective measures.
3. Customer Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to customers, helping them operate and understand their equipment.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for customers to ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Accurately document all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive records of service history, customer interactions, and technical issues.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and adheres to relevant safety regulations.
- Follow industry best practices to ensure both personal and customer safety while performing service tasks.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the service team to share knowledge, improve service quality, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve processes, tools, and equipment design.
7. Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements, new products, and industry trends.
- Apply up-to-date knowledge in daily tasks to offer the best solutions to customers.
Role: Service Engineer
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I
Salary: From 25K per Month
