We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Press Tool Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Press Tool Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality components by operating and maintaining press tools to shape and form materials.

Requirements:

Install and run a variety of press tools, such as forming presses, stamping presses, and punch presses.

Materials should be loaded and unloaded onto the press.

Keep an eye on the press's operation to guarantee precise and effective output.

Create superior parts while adhering to quality standards and tolerances.

Check components for flaws and make sure they adhere to the necessary requirements.

Skills:

demonstrated proficiency with a variety of press tool types.

the capacity to read and comprehend specifications, plans, and work orders.

proficiency with simple measuring tools, such as micrometres and callipers.

the capacity to recognise and fix little machine issues.

the capacity to move and work with items.
