Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their ideal applicant profiles, job criteria, and departmental staffing needs.
Find and approach passive individuals who might be a suitable fit for available positions now or in the future.
To assess individuals' abilities, backgrounds, and drive, conduct preliminary interviews and phone screenings.
Get interviewees' opinions and assist with the selection procedure.
Keep abreast on emerging technology, market trends, and best practices for hiring.
What you Need:
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
The capacity to function well in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: Freshers
