Responsibilities:

Create and improve paint application procedures to guarantee reliable and superior results.

To find areas where efficiency and quality can be improved, track and examine paintshop production data.

Diagnose and fix problems with paint application, including flaws and procedure variations.

Create and update work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for paintshop activities.

Work together with paint suppliers to assess and choose suitable paints and finishes.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 3+ yrs
