Paintshop Quality Engineer Job for qualified employees

Job Description

We are looking to add a Paintshop Quality Engineer to our team that is diligent and results-driven. Maintaining the highest levels of quality in our paint shop operations will be greatly aided by you in this crucial job.

What you will do:

Inspect and evaluate painted parts for defects such as orange peel, runs, sags, fisheyes, and other surface imperfections.

Conduct thorough inspections to ensure paint film thickness, color consistency, and adherence to specifications.

Collect, analyze, and report on paint shop quality data, including defect rates, rework rates, and other key performance indicators

Investigate and analyze root causes of paint defects.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and improve paint shop quality.

What we need:

Strong knowledge of paint shop processes, including pretreatment, painting, and drying techniques.

Experience with quality control methods, including visual inspection, dimensional checks, and statistical process control (SPC).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
